A Journey to My Most Balanced Life

Hi, I’m Lauren Miles

A design enthusiast, mom of three, and an advocate for mindful living.

A year ago, my family and I experienced a pregnancy loss in my second trimester that left a deep impact on our lives. While navigating this grief, I found myself on a path towards healing and fulfillment, ultimately transforming my perspective on life, wellness, and balance.

This personal journey has also taught me the power of resilience in my business, inspiring me to create spaces that not only look beautiful but feel comforting and restorative, too.

Join me here and on Instagram at @thelaurenmiles, where I share my journey toward a balanced and fulfilling life. Through honest storytelling, I open up about the highs, lows, challenges, and triumphs in my marriage, motherhood, wellness, and business.

If you've faced loss or are navigating your own path to peace and purpose, I invite you to follow along for support, solidarity, and inspiration.

Meet the Miles

  • My husband, Mim

He’s an Auburn grad, the owner/GM of Buster Miles Ford and Chevy, and a creative operator with a passion for bow hunting. His humor balances my serious side, bringing laughter to our family even in tense moments. We’ve been married for 6 years now and met on Bumble when I was 34 and he was 29.

  • My daughter, Margo

Our "little pumpkin” is 5 years old; she’s a thoughtful decision-maker and enjoys the social side of sports like tee ball, gymnastics, and tennis. As a Leo, she has a competitive spirit and a deep sense of empathy. Margo is a loving big sister and cousin.

  • My son, Mac

Our “Mackey Boy” is 3 years old and full of energy. He’s always jumping off furniture and sprinting through hallways—no warm-up needed when he wakes up. A true outdoorsman, he loves playing with the water hose. While he knows how to annoy Margo, he loves her deeply.

  • My angel, Cal

Our angel baby, with Margo and Mac believing Cal watches over us like a guardian angel from the moon. “Babies lost in the womb were never touched by fear, never cold, never hungry, never alone, and always knew love.” -  J Clarke Coates
